RAWC Return to Campus Guidelines

Return to Campus Phase Patron Guidelines and Information
Effective August 8, 2020
The Recreation and Wellness Center will implement policy and procedures to meet and exceed local, state, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines and ensure the safety of all RAWC guest and staff.  
Navigating RAWC Entry and Use During Return to Campus 
All patrons will be checked at the front desk with infrared thermometer prior to entry into the main facility.  (Patrons with temperatures above 100.4 degrees will not be admitted)
All Patrons will be screened with COVID-19 related assessment questions prior to entry into main facility. 
Masks or facial coverings are required to be worn by all patrons and visitors while inside the RAWC. (Exception for patrons who are utilizing cardio machines or running on the suspended track. Masks or facial coverings must be worn in all other circumstances while in the facility to include; strength area, core area upstairs, lobby and game area)
All Patrons must wipe machines with RAWC provided gym wipes prior to and after use of machines. 
All Patrons are encouraged to stay right when walking up and down stairs and wear gloves when utilizing the hand railing. 
Capacity will be limited in all areas of the RAWC.  (See signs posted throughout facility for capacity limits.)
RAWC Hours during Fall Semester
The RAWC will operate with hours related to staff availability.  The RAWC will also close 10 - 11a.m. and 2 - 3 p.m. for cleaning Monday through Friday and 11 a.m - 12 p.m. on Saturdays.  Please check the OBU RAWC Facebook (OBU Recreation and Wellness Center), and Instagram (oburawc) for up to date hours.  We also encourage patrons to call our front desk prior to arrival for hours confirmation.  Our front desk can be reached at 405.585.5220.
