Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning process is an ongoing effort to develop focused objectives for the University through a process identified in this document.

Planning and Budgeting

In addition to the high-level planning of a strategic nature, OBU also has an ongoing Planning and Budgeting process that is spelled out in this document.

Continuous Improvement

As an excellence driven organization, OBU strives to improve on an ongoing basis. We do that using strategic improvement, which entails various streams of influence and formation. We also do that through response to events, as through the continuous improvement procedure linked here.
