About our Auditions

Auditions for OBU Theatre mainstage productions are required for theatre majors and minors. Auditions are also open to members of OBU's College Players, current OBU students and faculty, and members of the greater Shawnee community. While theatre majors and minors receive priority consideration for casting, the theatre faculty look for any opportunity to partner with the larger university and Shawnee communities!

Dates for the 2024-25 academic year performance auditions will be announced in August. Please check back then  to learn more about opportunities to be a part of OBU's theatre season.
