Biography

Caleb Roche joined Oklahoma Baptist University as an Assistant Professor of Marketing in 2025, bringing extensive real-world experience in marketing leadership and entrepreneurship into the classroom. In addition to his role at OBU, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Club Creative, a marketing consulting and research firm he founded to help brands translate strategy into tangible results.

Professor Roche’s professional career is marked by a proven ability to drive significant growth. As CEO of Club Creative, he has led campaigns generating over $10 million in client revenue and hundreds of millions of impressions. His expertise spans digital advertising, brand strategy, SEO, consumer research, and marketing analytics. Prior to leading his own firm, he sharpened his analytical skills with major corporations as a Consumer and Product Insights Analyst for Inspire Brands and SONIC Drive-In, informing strategy for some of the nation's most recognized brands.

At OBU, Roche is passionate about mentoring the next generation of marketers to lead with both excellence and integrity. His mission is to close the gap between marketing theory and practical application, grounding his teaching in a framework that emphasizes ethical, data-driven decision-making. He is dedicated to equipping students with the in-demand skills and the strong sense of Christian calling needed to excel in a dynamic marketplace.

He and his wife have two children. He serves as a deacon at Cross Timbers Church and, in his free time, enjoys traveling and playing golf.
