Real Estate President and OBU Alumnus Wilson to Speak at Business Forum April 8

The Paul Dickinson College of Business at OBU will host its next Business Forum Monday, April 8. The event will take place at 10 a.m. in the Tulsa Royalties Auditorium in Bailey Business Center on the OBU campus in Shawnee. 

The guest speaker will be Peter Wilson, president of PTLA Real Estate Group, an independent company that acquires and manages multi-family real estate. Wilson’s topic will be, “Open doors: responding to opportunity.”

Wilson has been with PTLA for seven years, serving in positions ranging from vice president to chief operating officer. During that time, he helped double annual transaction volume and led the acquisition of a management company, more than doubling the number of units under PTLA management. He has experience in analytics, portfolio strategy and internal operations. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and marketing from OBU.

In his role as president of PTLA Real Estate Group, he promotes business development and client relationships and likewise directs transactions for the company, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
