Donors Challenge Young Alumni to Impact Current and Future Students

OBU is excited to announce the launch of the "Bison For Bison Young Alumni Challenge." Generous donors have offered to match any new gifts and pledges made by young alumni, up to $50,000 each year for three years. This applies to all alumni who graduated or attended OBU from 2000 to 2014.

When someone gives $5, it becomes $10; a gift of $50 becomes $100; a gift of $100 becomes $200; and so on. Each person is matched up to $1,000, with the total match capping at $50,000 each year for the next three years.

Countless donors have given in the past to help make the OBU experience possible for our young alumni. This campaign will do the same for current and future students, helping make their OBU experience a reality.

The donors making this matching challenge want to see young alumni engage with the university's vision and future, encouraging them to start supporting OBU's current and future students earlier in life, just as countless others supported them.

Every pledge will make a difference. If a young alumnus pledges just $5 per month for this campaign, then with the doubling of their donation over 36 months, they would make an impact of $360. Ten dollars per month will become $720 and $20 per month will yield $1,440.

No matter the size of the gift, participation in the campaign is what matters most. It demonstrates a commitment from our alumni to current and future students. These gifts don't just support OBU, they help shape the lives of future Bison, preparing them to someday impact the world just as our current alumni do.
