Biography

Shannon Jackson, MSPAS, PA-C, serves as the Director of Student Support and Associate Professor at the Physician Associate program at OBU. She earned her Master of Science in PA Studies from South University in Savannah, GA, in 2011. Before arriving at OBU, Professor Jackson served as the Academic Director at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA, and has been in PA education since 2020. Professor Jackson has a passion for pre-PA mentorship, increasing diversity in medicine, and enhancing the PA student experience.
