Biography

Alicia Klein EdD, PA-C

Dr. Alicia Klein serves as Director of Didactic Education and Associate Professor at the Physician Associate program at OBU. Klein completed her Master of Science in PA studies from Rosalind Franklin University in 2010 and her Doctorate in Education from Bethel University in 2023. Prior to arriving at OBU, Klein served as the Director of Didactic Education at Bethel University, MN and has been in PA education since 2016. Klein has a passion to mentor and teach PA students and her academic interests include creative curriculum development and innovative student learning.

Klein practices clinically in family medicine at a Federal Qualified Health Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has a deep love for serving vulnerable patient populations and equipping the next generation of providers to care for all persons.

Outside of academics, she enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, serving on her local church’s worship team, and spending time with her husband and two children.
