Dr. Siwon Kim

Dr. Siwon KimDr. Siwon [see-one] Kim, a native of Seoul, South Korea, is praised for her “commanding and decisive” performance (South Bend Tribune) and “masterful musicality with the distinct, unrestrained sound” (The Segye Times). She actively performs in North America, Europe, and Asia. Her venues include Mariinsky II (Russia), Harbin Concert Hall (China), Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie, Hill Auditorium (USA), Kumho Art Hall, and Universal Arts Center (South Korea). She has appeared as a guest artist at international festivals such as the Toradze International Music Festival (Tbilisi, Georgia) and performed as a soloist for Prime Philharmonic Orchestra, South Bend Symphony, Mariinsky Orchestra, and Ann Arbor Symphony. She also performed internationally with pianist Alexander Toradze as his sole piano duo partner from 2017 until 2022. Dr. Siwon currently teaches at Bethel University in Mishawaka, IN.
