OBU to Host Two Stubblefield Chapel Worship Services During Homecoming

Homecoming attendees are invited to join the OBU community in two worship opportunities at Stubblefield Chapel. Due to the popularity of the service in 2014, the University will offer two services this year. The first service will be held Friday, Nov. 6, at 1:30 p.m., and the second will take place Saturday, Nov. 7, at 10 a.m.

Both services will feature a Gaither style time of worship in Stubblefield Chapel. The Friday afternoon service will be led by Dr. Bill Green, ’64, and accompanist, Linda Heerwald Green, ’63. The Saturday morning service will be led by Walter Grady, ’71, and accompanist, Cathy DeRousse, ’75. Both services will feature congregational singing, special music by Grady, and selections led by the “2X4 Men's Ensemble.”
