September 2, 2014

The renowned Keith Getty and Stuart Townend hymn, "In Christ Alone," has remained the most popular song for congregations throughout the UK for seven years, among CCLI's top 10 in North America, and has been honored by both the British Hymn Society and BBC Songs of Praise all time lists. Their hymns are sung by congregations large and small, performed by choirs of every description, and have been recorded by artists throughout the world of music, including Alison Krauss, Ricky Skaggs, Natalie Grant, Newsboys and Aida's Heather Headley.

Heralded as modern hymn writers, Keith and Kristyn Getty are known for writing and performing songs that transcend traditional church boundaries, uniting the voices of people all over the world. Under the Getty Music label, Keith and Kristyn have recorded five albums to critical acclaim. They have also shared their music at the Pentagon, the GMA Dove Awards, Franklin Graham crusades, for President George W. Bush, at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, and in the noted symphony halls of the U.S. and U.K.

Between performances of their annual "Joy - An Irish Christmas" concert tour and stops on the "Hymns for the Christian Life" tour, the Getty's personally lead more than 100,000 people per year in singing their hymns.
