Banks to Present Senior Recital April 17

OBU student Terry Banks will perform his senior recital Thursday, April 17, at 7 p.m. in Raley Chapel's Yarborough Auditorium. The community is invited to attend the free event. He will be assisted on piano by Sadie Elliott, a junior musical arts piano performance major from Oklahoma City.

Banks is a music education major from Oklahoma City. The son of Terry and Brenda Banks, he is from the studio of Jonathan Isaacs. Following graduation, Banks plans to teach classical guitar in public school.

He will be performing famous musical pieces on guitar, including selections from Bach, Tennant and Giuliani. Elliott will perform pieces on piano, including selections from Liszt, Prokofiev and Muczynski.

Banks is married to Alice Banks and is the father of Elliot Lee Banks, his two month old child.
