Men’s Golf Opens in Texas

After a good first round, the Bison golf team roughed out the rest of the UST Texas Intercollegiate Tournament at Hawks Creek Golf Club in Fort Worth, Texas.

OBU was at 297 after the first day with Josh Bryan shooting an opening round 68. The Bison finished 11th after a second round 314 and a third round 310.

Bryan and Russell Kern tied for 23rd at 224 with Kern firing consistent rounds of 74, 75 and 75.

Mark Richards and Robert Byaruhanga tied for 63rd at 240 and Marc Johnson was 75th at 247.

OBU returns at action next week at the OCU Spring Classic.
