Carpenter Gets Hole in One

Oklahoma Baptist's Jason Carpenter had the highlight of the second round of the Oklahoma City University Spring Classic Monday, shooting a hole in one on the ninth hole at Lincoln Park West.

Carpenter finished the round with a 69, helping OBU into sixth place after two rounds. The Bison are at 603 after the second round. OCU leads the tournament at 560, followed by Southern Illinois, the OCU JV, St. Gregory's and Nebraska Wesleyan.

Also for OBU, Josh Bryan is in seventh place at 145 and Russell Kern in 20th at 150. Carpenter is at 152 after two rounds with Robert Byaruhanga at 160 and Mark Richards at 165.
