Biography
Scott Wengerd serves as the Director of Clinical Education, Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in the OTD program at OBU. Dr. Wengerd has practiced occupational therapy in a variety of settings, especially medical settings such as hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing, and home health. He has spent much of his time working with patients in small towns and rural settings, with just about every condition or diagnosis there is. Dr. Wengerd is also an ordained minister, and loves to teach and write about addressing the spiritual needs of clients and integrating Christian faith into practice. Dr. Wengerd has a passion for addressing the needs of underserved people in the community and around the world through missions.
