Biography

Kathleen Peercy joined OBU in 2026 after 10 years in public education across Oklahoma and Texas, including roles as an elementary teacher, district mathematics instructional coach, and assistant principal.

Her professional interests include teacher preparation, mathematics education, curriculum and assessment, and collective leadership. Her doctoral research at Baylor University focuses on leadership alignment and collective teacher efficacy in post-2020 elementary schools.

Kathleen earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Baptist University and her M.A. in School Leadership from Baylor University. She is completing her Ed.D. in K–12 Educational Leadership at Baylor University.

Her husband, Andrew, is also an OBU graduate and works as a physical therapist. They have one son, Aaron.
