The Masque of Beauty and the Beast

by Michael Elliot Brill
Sarkeys Black Box

The Masque of Beauty and the Beast is a magical re-telling of the classic story in verse that enchants and entertains. Performed in the manner of a 16th-century French masque,The Masque of Beauty and the Beast effectively utilizes an eloquent narrator, stunning verse play, delightful and varied characterizations, and a brilliantly theatrical handling of the story to weave wonder for all.
