Group Therapy

Group therapy provides opportunities for individuals to be part of a group of six to eight individuals who meet regularly to share and support each other. Groups offer a safe and confidential space where individuals can learn more about themselves, improve relationship skills, and develop new coping strategies. Group therapy services are free for students, staff, and faculty of the OBU community. Group members are asked to commit to attending group consistently for the duration of the group.

MFT Clinic Group Therapy Sign-Up

Please see our group interest form below to sign up for a group or to see the list of groups that are currently being offered with descriptions. Your submission of this form will be followed-up with contact from the OBU MFT Clinic to schedule an intake appointment. Prior to attending any groups, all members must complete an intake appointment with a graduate therapist. This intake appointment will allow the opportunity for members to complete consent paperwork, learn more about the group, and collaboratively determine if the group is a good fit for you. Please note that the completion of this form does not guarantee a spot in one of the groups.
