Joza will serve as a board member for the state chapter through June 2009. The board's responsibilities include providing proper financial oversight, ensuring adequate resources to fulfill the chapter's mission, ensuring legal and ethical integrity and maintaining accountability.
"This position allows greater insight into higher education's ‘best practices' and assists in planning resources that may target OBU," Joza said.
Joza joined the OBU administrative staff in December 2005. He earned a bachelor's degree from Howard Payne University, a master's degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a master's degree in organizational management with a specialization in human resources from Dallas Baptist University.
