Will Brantley earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Youth Ministry and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Union University. Brantley joined the OBU staff in 2015 as Director of Undergraduate Admissions before moving to his new position with Graduate College in the fall of 2018. He previously served at Union University, where he served as an enrollment counselor, senior enrollment counselor, and assistant director of admissions.
Brantley has served as Vice President (17-18) and President (18-19) of the National Association of Baptist Enrollment Professionals. He has been invited to present on enrollment and admissions topics at the International Mission Board, High School Leadership Conferences, and various professional conferences. He has also been a guest writer for college express and seventh point on admissions topics.
Brantley grew up in Memphis, TN, before moving to Jackson, TN to attend Union University where he met his future wife, Jaime. Married in 2003, they have twin boys.
He has served in local churches as a youth leader, college ministry leader, and community group leader. He and his wife are both members at Frontline Church in Shawnee.
