Women's Club Volleyball

Purpose

We are a group of individuals with similar goals and interests who enjoy having fun and putting in the hard work necessary to make club volleyball a prospering part of OBU. We desire to build a community of athletes dedicated to growing faith, athletic ability, and relationships with one another.

Activities

We compete against teams throughout Oklahoma, Texas, as well as schools from around the United States at the yearly NCVF National Tournament. In the spring we participate in a series of tournaments through the Southern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association; SIVA.

Membership

Membership requirements include having a "Team Mindset" and actively participating in practices, tournaments, fundraisers, other club events, and striving to work hard to promote Club Volleyball. Dues vary based on activities and items purchased throughout the year and determined by a team vote. Practices are usually 2 days a week for 90 minutes.

Tryouts/Meet the Team

During Welcome Week we will have a booth at "Un Cuerpo," where you can visit with team members and find out dates the team has set for Open Gyms and Tryouts.
