Customer Service Attendants - Front Desk
Primary responsibility:  Providing quality customer service at the front check-in counter. 
Duties include:  Welcoming members and guests, answering questions, receiving in-coming phone calls, verifying memberships and checking member in, directing guests, providing tours, monitoring lobby area, providing a clean environment, etc.

Customer Service Attendants – Equipment Window
Primary responsibility:  Providing quality customer service at the equipment window
Duties include:  Greeting members and guests, equipment check-out and check-in, locker rentals, answering questions, maintaining inventory, directing guests, monitoring court areas and locker rooms, repairing small equipment, performing laundry services, providing a clean environment, etc.

Fitness Attendants
Primary responsibility:  Providing customer assistance in the cardio and strength area 
Duties include:  Greeting members and guests, answering questions, demonstrating exercises and equipment usage, providing facility orientations, directing guests, providing tours, monitoring cardio and strength area, providing a clean environment, etc.

Climbing Wall Attendants
Primary responsibility:  Providing supervision for safe usage of the climbing wall
Duties include:  Performing climbing assistance and belaying instruction, greeting members and guests, answering questions, monitoring climbing and bouldering area, ensuring climbing wall policies are followed, maintaining a safe environment, performing wall maintenance and cleaning, providing a clean environment, etc.

Lifeguards
Primary responsibility:  Providing supervision for safe usage of the pool
Duties include:  Performing lifeguarding duties, greeting members and guests, ensuring pool policies are followed, maintaining a safe environment, answering questions, performing pool maintenance, monitoring locker room and patio area, providing a clean environment, etc.

Student Fitness Trainers
Primary responsibility:  Under the supervision of the center’s professional staff, providing fitness training to members and guests
Duties include:  Greeting members and guests, answering questions, performing fitness assessments, providing exercise plans, demonstrating exercises and equipment usage, providing facility orientations, directing guests, providing and maintaining a clean environment, etc.  Hours are by appointment.

Preference will be given to applications submitted by 5:00 PM, Tuesday, August 28. Selected students will then participate in a group interview, followed by individual interviews if necessary.
