NUTRITIONAL CLASSES
Weight No More
This class starts you out with a healthy way to weight loss. This course provides information on a broad spectrum of healthy eating topics. This class provides a fitness assessment, binder and book, and lifechanging information. $50.00 Member $80.00 We are currently in session now, check back for our next session date!
KIDS RAWC
Just because your kids come first does not mean your fitness has to come last. That's why KIDS RAWC is a place where your kids can hang out while you achieve your fitness goals. KIDS RAWC is a fun place for children ages 2 years to 12 years. It is a safe and supervised enviornment whre your young ones can play while you exercise.
Drop off your children at the Intramural Suite:
Monday - Friday 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Our KIDS RAWC Attendants will closely supervise your children at all times. All of our specially trained attendants are certified in CPR and First Aid and must pass a background check.
SUMMER GROUP SWIMMING LESSONS
Registration: Saturday, May 11th - - 10:00 am - 12:00 noon
Parents meet in the RAWC Lobby w/children in swim suits for swimming assessment and class placement.
Classes:
Ages 6 and up:
1-week sessions, Cost: 25.00
June 3-7, June 10-14, and June 17-21

PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO GROUP LESSONS IN JUNE
Come have us teach you or your child to swim here at the RAWC! Our temperature-controlled pool complex provides us with oppurtunity for lessons year round. We offer lessons for any age!
We assess and work with each student through all swimming levels. We also accomodate any specific requests. Students develop swimming skills more quickly in this setting and are able to work at their own pace.
