Bison Glee Club and Homecoming 2007 Events
During the 2007 Homecoming, alumni gathered to celebrate and remember Dr. Warren M. Angell, former dean of the college of fine arts and founder of the Bison Glee Club. Angell died in May 2006, just days before his 99th birthday. Alumni, who envisioned a 100th birthday party for Angell, hosted a party for Angell combining it with an early 70th anniversary for the Bison Glee Club. In March 2008, OBU alumni and former Bison Glee Club members gathered to celebrate the birthday of another influential Glee Club director, Michael Cox. Click here to view photos and video from this event.
