The Fall Chapel Series will continue with the topic The Sermon on the Mount: In Relation to Treasures based on Matthew 6:19-24. The speaker/musician will be Dr. Louima Lilite. Haitian-American tenor, Louima Lilite, serves the music division of the OBU as Assistant Professor of Voice in the College of Fine Arts. Under the tutelage of Ms. Carol Webber, he earned his doctorate in April 2008 at the prestigious Eastman School of Music where he was awarded the Excellence in Teaching Prize in 2007. Dr. Lilite is the author of two books, Weeding Impatience: Growing in Patience and When Music Meets Faith: Reflecting on Musical Terms for a Deeper Faith (WinePress Publishing).
