Several new OBU staff members began work on Bison Hill during the fall 2012 semester in departments across campus, including employees in wellness, facilities maintenance, communications, security and business.
Corey Bolgrin is a personnel and facility coordinator for OBU’s Recreation and Wellness Center (RAWC). He began work Nov. 1. He earned a bachelor’s degree from OBU in 2012. In this role, Bolgrin serves as a member of the RAWC leadership team, with responsibilities in personnel supervision and overseeing the facility’s needs. Since 2008, he has worked as a chaplain assistant with the Oklahoma Army National Guard, assisting chaplains with religious services as well as administrative tasks.

Two employees recently joined the Facilities Management team. Scott Brady began work as a groundskeeper on Sept. 17. Robert Marquardt began work in general maintenance/preventive maintenance –- evenings on Oct. 29. Marquardt previously worked 20-plus years in a technical/tech management job, as well as retail management. He currently is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business at OBU.
Lane Castleberry joined the Marketing and Communications team as the Web communications and social media coordinator on Oct. 3. A 2011 OBU graduate, Castleberry had served as a writer, editor and columnist for The Bison campus newspaper and as a news anchor for OBU’s News 30 campus and community news broadcasts. He also was a member of the Bison Glee Club men’s ensemble.

Also on the Marketing and Communications team, Damon Seymour was named Web developer and designer on Dec. 10. Seymour earned an associate’s degree in graphic communications –- multimedia from Oklahoma City Community College in 2011. He previously worked as a graphic designer at Copy Fast Printing in Oklahoma City.
Lynna Rollow joined the University Police Department as a dispatch/switchboard operator on Sept. 16. She is a 2012 OBU graduate. In her role as dispatcher, Rollow operates the OBU switchboard, dispatches officers and monitors surveillance cameras.

Kyle Rudek started work as the accounting manager in the OBU Business Office on Nov. 28. Rudek earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from OBU in 2004 and a master’s degree in business administration from the OBU Graduate School in 2012. He previously worked as a member service supervisor and member service officer at Tinker Federal Credit Union in Shawnee. He also has worked in sales with Extreme Inflatables and a consumer loan officer with Arvest Bank Group, both in Shawnee.
