Six new staff members recently joined OBU. The new staff will work in a variety of positions across Bison Hill. Michael Hayes Jannis Hill Sandra Marquardt Linsey Mastin Matthew Stevenson
Daniel Crisp is a residence facility officer for WMU dormitory, having started Nov. 7. Residence facility officers are non-commissioned safety personnel who provide basic safety services to students residing in OBU housing.
Michael Hayes is a new painter, grade II, in OBU's Facilities Management division. He started Nov. 22. Under the leadership of Gary Bohannon, painters and carpenters work on maintenance and construction to provide facilities for students and employees.
Jannis Hill started work on Bison Hill as the financial assistant on Dec. 8. She assists Randy Smith, OBU executive vice president for business and administrative services.
Sandra Marquardt is the new data entry clerk in OBU Admissions. She started Nov. 29. She maintains the prospective student database and supervises and maintains the database.
Linsey Mastin, who works as part-time secretary for national sports ministry and church recreation, started Oct. 25.
Matthew Stevenson is a computer technician in Information Systems and Services. He started Nov. 1, and his responsibilities include managing the help desk.
Several staff members also transferred positions on campus. Janice Lewis assumed a new role as admissions application coordinator on Oct. 27. She moved from admissions data entry clerk. Daniel Ramey transferred from residence facility officer for WMU dormitory to security corporal effective Nov. 7. Gus C. Stevenson transferred from painter, grade II, to painter, grade I, also effective Nov. 7.
