Fisher graduated from OBU in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in religion: Bible emphasis. He has served as a children's minister with Good Shepherd Chapel in Shawnee and a youth ministry intern at Parkview Baptist Church in Tulsa. During the summer of 2008, he represented OBU at Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center in Davis, Okla.

"Jeremy is a passionate and intentional person who will bring vibrant relationships to men's housing at OBU," said Michael Burns, OBU director of residential life and student activities.

Bobby Canty, OBU dean of students, said Fisher's previous experience on campus paves the way for success as a residence facility director.

"Jeremy comes to OBU as a recent graduate with ministry experiences and a passion to mentor students that will serve him well as residence director of Agee Residence Center," Canty said. "Jeremy knows OBU and its mission and is committed to making a difference in students' lives, the same life-changing experience that he benefitted from as an OBU student."

Jones graduated from Evangel College in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2000 with a master's degree in counseling. She is certified as a licensed professional counselor in Missouri and is certified in crisis intervention and trauma informed care modalities.

"Rhonda brings great wisdom and experience to our Residential Life staff," Burns said. "I know that the students will enjoy her very much."

Jones recently served in Kingston, Tenn., as executive director of Kingston Academy, Camelot Schools, a 52-bed mental health youth facility and therapeutic day school serving students in first through 12th grades, where she directed a staff team of about 90 employees. She previously worked as a program trauma therapist and staff supervisor at Child and Family Tennessee in Knoxville, and as a staff counselor at Shelterwood and Doulos Ministries in Branson, Mo. She also served as a residence director at Evangel University.

"Rhonda comes to Bison Hill having previously served as a residence director in higher education and as a counselor, therapist and administrator in various environments," Canty said. "Her return to higher education in the area of residential life is motivated by her desire to offer guidance and relationship to young adults as they pursue spiritual growth and education. Rhonda is a welcomed asset to our students, staff and OBU's mission."
