During her time on Bison Hill, she was included on the honor roll her freshman, sophomore and junior years. She has received scholarships in music and academics, as well as endowed scholarships.
Rowland is involved in the Student Government Association, social clubs and honor fraternities. She has performed with the OBU-Shawnee Community Orchestra and the Oklahoma Community Orchestra.
Following graduation, Rowland plans to obtain her master's degree and open a private studio.
