Hoping to prolong the season and get to the national tournament, Oklahoma Baptist will be battling Oklahoma Christian, Southern Nazarene and John Brown for a women's regional championship and taking on OC and JBU for a men's title, beginning Friday.

Twelfth-ranked Southern Nazarene is the favorite on the women's team with OBU ranked 23rd and OC 25th. The Oklahoma Christian men, ranked 22nd, are the favorites on the men's side. OBU is the No. 26 team in the nation and hopes to repeat last year's tournament championship run.

On the men's side, Estaban Flores and Juraj Surovy are ranked seventh and 27th in the NAIA, while for the women, Jennifer Le of OC is ranked 21st, while SNU's Christie Greenlee and Isabella Bauer are ranked 35th and 39th.

As for the Bison, Gustavo Schaefer has been the most consistent winner in singles action, while combining with Bruno Scacalossi to form a No. 1 doubles team with a 10-6 record.

The Lady Bison have been led by Brooke Mowery and Kaitlin Pascucci in the Nos. 5 and 6 slots, while Samantha Attard has competed well at No. 1.
