Bison Rally Past MACU
Billy Thomas and Mason Reilly combined for eight hits and 11 RBI to rally Oklahoma Baptist past Mid-America Christian 21-10 Friday in Oklahoma City.

Thomas had four hits, including a double, to go with seven RBI. Reilly had a home run and three singles to drive home four more.

The Bison had a 5-0 lead after the fourth inning but the Evangels scored once in the fourth and posted nine runs in the fifth to take a 10-5 edge.

OBU responded with a 13-run sixth and added three more in the seventh.

Reilly, Frank Avilla and Josh Collazo all homered in the game.

Christian Ruiz also had four hits and an RBI, while Collazo, Avilla and Chris Chambers had two apiece. Collazo had three RBI, Avilla and Keith Johnson drove in two each, while Kyle Cooper and Josh Kirkpatrick each had one run batted in.

Jordan McCavitt (2-0) pitched the last two innings to pick up the win.

The two teams play in Shawnee Saturday.
