Six Named All-SAC

Six Oklahoma Baptist University soccer players were named to the All-Sooner Athletic Conference squad, the league announced.
The lone Bison on the team is sophomore Sullivan Silva of Goiania, Brazil, who landed on the First-Team as a forward. He had six goals and two assists this season.
For the Lady Bison, there were two First-Team and three Second-Team honorees.
Lin Yan, a defender, and Mengjun Zang, a midfielder, both sophomores from Shanghai, China, were First-Team selections.
Zang had 10 goals and eight assists on the season. Yan had two goals and eight assists.
Senior Kara McGrenera of Chicago, freshmen Marinne Burnham of Broomfield, Colo., and Kirsten Morrow of Oklahoma City, were named to the Second Team. Burnham is a forward and Morrow a midfielder.
McGrenera was the captain of a solid OBU defense and had one assist. Burnham led the team with 11 goals and 10 assists for 32 points. Morrow had six goals and eight assists.
