Modo Mode Fashion Forward Rescheduled

A winter storm hit Shawnee late Wednesday night causing the rescheduling of the MODO MODE Fashion Forward Show to Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 8 p.m. in Oklahoma Baptist University’s Tulsa Royalties Auditorium.

Called “a premiere event,” MODO MODE is presented by Independent Artists of OBU, a student-led group. The fashion show will showcase the talents of OBU student designers in a runway style fashion show.

OBU students volunteered to model clothing. Items will be displayed at the individual designer’s booths after the show, and many pieces will be available for purchase.

“The MODO-MODE Fashion Forward celebrates the individual expression and skills of OBU artists as fashion takes a turn around our stage,” said Cody Stull, a senior from Shawnee, who is the coordinator of the event.

Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend. Tulsa Royalites Auditorium is located in Bailey Business Center on University Street.
