Welcome to Oklahoma Baptist University, a nationally recognized small Christian liberal arts university founded in 1910.

OBU has a student enrollment of more than 1,800, offering 10 bachelor's degree programs, an associate of arts degree, and two master's degree programs. We operate six academic colleges on our 200-acre campus, known as Bison Hill.

Our faculty are committed to classroom instruction and have carved out OBU's reputation for strength in many academic areas. OBU has been listed as Oklahoma’s highest-ranked college in “Best Regional Colleges” for the 18th consecutive year as part of U.S.News & World Report’s annual ranking. For the seventh consecutive year, OBU has been named one of the best colleges and universities in the western United States by The Princeton Review, and for the fourth year in a row, OBU is the highest-ranked university in Oklahoma in the latest Forbes.com listing of "America’s Best Colleges."
