The OBU Curriculum Library
Come and explore our Curriculum library! We are located in the basement of Mabee Learning Center. Our collection contains over 11,000 resources specifically for OBU students in our teacher education program. OBU faculty, staff and students are welcome to check out the resources as well. Our guests from the community may use our die cuts, browse our collection, buy paper and lamination. We are always happy to give assistance. Finding Resources in the Curriculum Library
All resources in the Curriculum Library can be found in the OBU catalog. Click below for access to catalogs from OBU, OSU, OU, World Cat and Pioneer Library system. Many educational journals are in our online databases and may be accessed through the periodical portal. Also, many internet sites are valuable to the classroom teacher. - The curriculum library has an Ellison Cutting machine with 7 sets of alphabet dies, 3 sets of number dies,
and over 100 shape dies available for patron use.
- 13 shades of colored butcher paper are available for purchase.
Colors are Black, Brown, Light blue, dark blue, purple, pink, red, green, yellow , orange, white, aqua and dark pink . OBU patrons may purchase paper for $.25 per foot. Patrons outside of the OBU community may also purchase paper but for the price of $.40 per foot.
- Laminating services are available. OBU patrons may purchase laminating for $.40 per foot.
Patrons outside of the OBU community may also laminate, but the price is $1.00 per foot. The laminating machine will take widths up to 26 inches.
- Transparencies can be purchased for $.25.
