Preparatory Courses

The MBA degree program at OBU Graduate School does not require a bachelor's degree in a business related field, nor are students required to complete any pre-requisites before enrolling. However, students are expected to have a fundamental knowledge of accounting, finance, business math/statistics and cconomics concepts.

Applicants may demonstrate competency in the above fields of study in the following ways:

  • Submit transcripts demonstrating successful completion of coursework in the required areas
  • Pass the appropriate College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) www.collegeboard.com/clep
  • Pass the appropriate Ivy Software Examination (Pre-Course Assessment or Post-Course Exam) www.ivysoftware.com
  • Successfully complete undergraduate or graduate equivalent courses at OBU or other institution
