Dr. Ron Duggins is the Director of the Center for Business Development at Meridian Technology Center and Director of the Oklahoma Technology & Research Park, both in Stillwater. Specifically, the Center for Business Development is a business incubator with the purpose of assisting entrepreneurs to grow new or young companies and the Oklahoma Technology Research Park is a 160 acre site designed to provide customized facilities for technology-based or knowledge-driven firms in all stages of development.

Dr. Duggins is a member of the Governor’s International Team and serves Oklahoma’s Career and Technology Education System by working with international organizations and individuals to develop global relationships and contacts that lead to economic growth for the State of Oklahoma. He has worked extensively in Brazil as well as on projects in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Vietnam, and the Republic of Georgia.

His experience includes economic development work, curriculum development, global business assistance, entrepreneurship research, and international education and training in developing countries. He also teaches adjunct MBA courses in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management at faith-based universities in Central Oklahoma. His wife, Jane, is a native of Brazil and they have two young daughters.
