Global Outreach Teams

We exist to understand Gods vision for Oklahoma Baptist Universitys campus while intentionally partnering with students and international mission organizations in order to develop lifestyle missionaries and aid in growing Gods Kingdom around the world. We exist as student mission leaders as a part of the Avery T. Willis Center for Global Outreach at OBU.

Campus Mobilization

This team exists to disciple and propel OBU students who have expressed some interest or involvement in cross-cultural ministry by increasing their awareness, knowledge, and participation. If interested, contact Allan Pellegrin or Laura Coppedge.

Global Outreach Trips

This team exists to establish and facilitate Global Outreach Trips conducted through OBU
s Avery T. Willis Center for Global Outreach. If interested, contact Chad McMath or Emily Reagan.

Kai People

This team exists to organize OBU
s efforts to lead at least 2 percent of the 2.4 million Kai people of South Asia to Christ by the year 2026. They hope to accomplish this through church planting, discipleship, and social ministry performed by the various departments at OBU. If interested, contact Scott Meyers or Heather Stiverson.

Special Events

This team exists to coordinate and create a few special events available for the entire OBU campus related to global outreach during the year. If interested, contact Dustin Chilcoat or Holly Whittern.
