Why OBU:  As a junior transfer student, some of my biggest concerns in coming to OBU were: Would I feel like I belonged here? Would I have meaningful friendships? How would I get involved in such a short time? However, as soon as I got to OBU my worries were eased because through Welcome Week I had the opportunity to meet a lot of really great people and become immediately involved in a variety of activities. Furthermore, the small classroom atmosphere allows me to engage with my professors in ways I couldn't at a larger university. After one short year, I now wish I would have been here for all four, because of the people I've met, the things I've learned and the multitude of organizations I get to take part in.
