Living On Campus

A long-standing commitment of OBU has been to provide on-campus housing. Research has revealed that students who remain on campus are more likely to complete their college education, participate in campus activities, adjust to new social situations, and develop lifelong friendships with students and faculty. For this reason OBU requires all unmarried students under 21 to reside in University housing. The University operates one residence hall and three apartment complexes for men. There are two residence halls, two suite complexes for women, and two apartment complexes for women students.
