  • Email , including your name, ID number, residence and room number, and the problem.
  • Call (405) 585-5200. A lab assistant will create a ticket for you, and we will process your request as soon as possible. (If no one answers, please leave a message stating your name, ID number, residence and room number, a contact phone number, and the problem.)
  • Log in to HelpDesk Online using your OBU Network ID# and password. After logging in, simply click the "Create Ticket" button on the top of the page, complete all applicable fields, and submit. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
