HelpDesk Information

The OBU HelpDesk has been put into place in order to better serve you. There are three different options for getting your problem solved. You may...

  • Email the HelpDesk at helpdesk@okbu.edu including your name, ID number, and the problem. A ticket will be made off of this request, and our technicians are then emailed the ticket info, and they will be with you as soon as possible.
  • Call the HelpDesk at (405) 585-5200 where a full time technician will be there to assist from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. On weekends and after hours, the phone will go straight to voicemail. Please leave a detailed message. The voicemail then is emailed to our technicians immediately, and they will be with you as soon as possible.
  • Create Your Own Ticket via our Ticket Software by using your Novell credentials. After logging in, simply click the "Create Ticket" button on the top of the page, complete all applicable fields, and submit. Our technicians are then emailed the ticket info, and they will be with you as soon as possible.
