Managing and Documenting Performance

Overview.  Performance reviews are often met with ambivalence, but when the process is used properly employees are able to clearly see the connection between their performance and the organization's success. Managers will discuss how to use the University's performance review process to acknowledge the contributions of staff and to tell under-performers what is expected.
