    Each school may enter one male team and one female team.
    Please indicate the number in each team you will be bringing

The cost per team is $100.00 Please make checks payable to Oklahoma Baptist University and bring it with you to the tournament.

2 Teams=$200

Registration form is due by February 27, 2013

Remember, you must complete & bring with you to the tournament's registration:
  • Medical release form - one per person
  • Roster list - one per game, up to 6 per team. You may need 12 total.
  • Check for payment
