Brown, a graduate of Tonkawa High School, was the Pole Vault State Champion in 2005.  He also placed 3rd in 300m Hurdles, 2nd in the 2 mile relay, 3rd in the mile relay, and was and All-State selection.  He is the son of Robert and Jeanne Brown.
