“Prophet” is beginning his final season at OBU after being a vital part of OBU 2007 Outdoor Track and Field National Championship team.  He was also a member of the Bison 4x800m relay squad that captured the 2007 Indoor Track and Field National Championship.  Bailey was the 800m State Champion his senior season at Central High School in Tulsa.  He is the son of Bertrand and Juandalyn Bailey.
