Milner returns to Bison Hill coming off an impressive freshman campaign where he notched 13 wins at No. 6 Singles.  He was also a Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament champion in No. 2 Doubles.  Milner is a graduate of Borger High School and is the son of Mike and Donna Milner.
