Heltzel, a senior pitcher, returns to the Lady Bison after starting 19 games last season.  She is a transfer from Seminole State College.  Heltzel is a graduate of Quapaw High School were she earned All-District honors for ’02 and ’03, All-Conference for ’02 and ’03, and All-State for 2003.  She is the daughter of Larry and Sharla Heltzel.
