Boyer continues to add to her record breaking career for the Lady Bison after recently being named Diamond Sports Catcher of the Year for the NAIA. Only a junior, Boyer has twice broken the single season home run record at OBU with 12 her freshman year and 17 as a sophomore. Her career total of 29 makes her the Lady Bison career home run leader. Last season she garnered All-American, All-Region, and All-Conference honors and was Co-Player of the Year in both the Sooner Athletic Conference and NAIA Region VI. Boyer was also named to the prestigious NFCA All-American squad. As a freshman, Boyer was the SAC All-Conference Catcher. She attended Shawnee High School where she was an All-State Catcher and Suburban Conference MVP her senior season. She was an All-Conference selection all four years of high school. She is the daughter of Todd and Dana Boyer.
