Carpenter comes back to Shawnee for his final season with the Bison golf team.  He holds the prestige of being the only golfer in Bison history to record a hole-in-one.  He is also a recipient of the Individual Preparation Award.  While at Christian Heritage Academy, Carpenter was a 3-time All-State selection and was the Crusader Award Winner.  He is the son of Andy and Lisa Carpenter.
